Equine Training Facility
This equine property has a stand of particularly mature cotton poplars that are notorious for dropping limbs in high winds, yet provide much needed shade and shelter to the sand arena. Access All Areas was engaged to reduce the risk presented by a particular tree and it was decided that the best course was to remove the entire lower stem that had a very strong lean and a very low union to the main stem.
Lifestyle Block
This Waikato Lifestyle property has a wonderful array of mature trees lining the driveway and providing shelter through paddocks, but with time and age, some of those trees were becoming a threat to property, infrastructure and animals. Access All Areas was engaged for some extensive and much needed tree removal and maintenance. This involved the safe removal of extensive dead limbs in large Gums and Willows, and the complete dismantling of many trees.
New Lynn Train Station
Access All Areas was engaged to perform all the difficult access cleaning of New Lynn train station during the Christmas shut. Many buildings and structures are designed and built with no forethought to ongoing maintenance and cleaning, this situation is where rope access can really shine. Utilising a wide array of methods and techniques, there was no area out of our reach and the job was completed safely and on time.
